2×Super-Fidelity Premix (With Dye)
Contains Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer. Amplifies up to 15 kb (simple templates) or 10 kb (genomic DNA). Error rate: 1/83 of ordinary Taq. Includes electrophoresis tracking dye for direct gel loading.

Product Overview
This product contains Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. Amplification can be performed simply by adding primers and template, which reduces pipetting steps and improves throughput and result reproducibility.
Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase shows greatly improved performance in long-fragment amplification, specificity, and yield. It efficiently amplifies fragments up to 15 kb from simple templates such as λDNA and plasmids, and up to 10 kb from complex templates like genomic DNA. Its error rate is 1/83 that of ordinary Taq polymerase.
