Product Description
Samples such as cell or tissue extracts contain various endogenous proteases, phosphatases and other enzymes, which are prone to cause degradation or demodification of proteins in the extracts and thus affect protein detection results. Therefore, adding an appropriate amount of endogenous enzyme inhibitors to extract samples is an effective method for protein protection.
This product is a universal protease inhibitor cocktail prepared with DMSO as the solvent, which exerts a broad-spectrum inhibitory effect on serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartic proteases, aminopeptidases and other enzymes. It can be widely used in experiments such as Western Blot (WB), cell sonication and Radioimmunoprecipitation Assay (RIPA).
