Product Description
Protein Tracking Loading Buffer (5×) is a 5-fold concentrated protein loading buffer containing the detergent SDS, the reducing agent DTT, and bromophenol blue as the indicator. SDS can bind to proteins to form complexes with a large number of negative charges, eliminating the charge differences between different proteins. SDS can break the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and destroy the secondary and tertiary structures of proteins, while DTT can break the disulfide bonds between cysteine residues and disrupt the spatial structure of proteins, thereby eliminating the structural differences among different proteins.

Storage Conditions
Store at -30~-15 °C and transport at ≤0 °C. The shelf life is one year.
Experimental Procedure
- After natural thawing, mix with protein sample at 1:4 ratio
- Heat at 100 °C or in boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes
- Cool to room temperature and centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 30 seconds
- Load into SDS-PAGE gel wells
