Product Overview
mCherry Nanobody Magnetic Beads are prepared by the conjugation of anti-mCherry-tag nanobodies to magnetic agarose beads, which can specifically bind to mCherry, EmCherry, YFP, EYFP, CFP, ECFP and other fluorescent proteins. Unlike conventional antibodies, this product lacks light and heavy chains, with a dissociation constant in the nM to pM range. A 20 μL bead suspension can bind 10-15 μg of mCherry tag fusion protein.

Storage Conditions
Store at 4°C for 1 year, or at -20°C for 2 years. Transport with ice packs. Storage buffer: PBS containing 20% ethanol.
