Consists of 10 proteins with different molecular weights pre-stained in three colors (10-180 kDa). 70 kDa band is orange-red, 10 kDa is green, others are blue. Formulated in 1×SDS-PAGE loading buffer, ready to use.

Product Description
The Prestained Protein Ladder (10-180 KDa) consists of 10 proteins with different molecular weights pre-stained in three colors, with a molecular weight range of 10-180 kDa. Among them, the 70 kDa band is orange-red, the 17, 25, 33, 43, 55, 95, 130 and 180 kDa bands are blue, and the 10 kDa band is green. This product is used in SDS-PAGE experiments to clearly indicate the electrophoresis progress and accurately determine the molecular weight of target proteins.
