Product Overview
Piko Orange Protein Quantitation Kit is a highly sensitive fluorescence-based kit for quantifying purified proteins, with a detection range of 0.1-10 µg/mL. It offers higher sensitivity than traditional methods such as BCA, Bradford, or Lowry assays, and better linearity and reproducibility compared to NanoOrange protein quantitation. Piko Orange shows minimal variability among different proteins, and its fluorescent signal remains stable for up to 16 hours.
