Product Description
This Coomassie Brilliant Blue Protein Gel Rapid Staining Solution works on the same principle as traditional Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining solutions. It can rapidly bind to the positively charged groups on proteins at room temperature for instant protein staining. This product stains proteins only, with a fast staining speed that enables color development in 2 minutes and no need for decolorization. It has a wide range of applicability and can be used for SDS-PAGE gels and Native gels, as well as for staining residual proteins on PAGE gels after Western blotting.

Storage Conditions
Store and transport at room temperature. The shelf life is one year.
Experimental Procedure
- Add staining solution to cover gel (20-25 mL)
- Shake on shaker; bands appear after 1-2 minutes
- Stain for 30 minutes to overnight (over 2 hours recommended)
- Observe or photograph; wash with water for better background
