Product Description
This product contains Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. Amplification can be performed simply by adding primers and template, which greatly simplifies experimental procedures.
Stabilizers are added to maintain stable activity after multiple freeze-thaw cycles. The PCR product has a 3′-dA overhang and can be directly used for T-A cloning.
Storage Conditions
Store at -30~-15°C, protected from light. Transport at ≤0°C. Shelf life: 12 months.
