Western/IP Cell Lysis Buffer is designed for cell lysis under non-denaturing conditions. It exerts strong lytic activity on both cytoplasmic subfractions and nuclear components, facilitating the extraction of cytoplasmic proteins, nuclear proteins, cytoplasmic phosphorylated proteins and nuclear transcription factors.
